A valid driver's licence held for at least 2 years, a credit card in your name, and proof of identity (passport or national ID). International clients need an International Driving Permit alongside their home licence.
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). We also offer half-day rentals at select locations with a minimum 4-hour window. Weekly and monthly rates are available at discounted prices.
All rentals include comprehensive insurance with zero excess, free delivery and collection within the metro area, 24/7 roadside assistance, a personal concierge, and a fair daily kilometre allowance. Fuel is not included.
Absolutely. Contact your concierge or use our online portal to extend your rental. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend requesting extensions at least 4 hours before your scheduled return.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a small processing fee equal to one day's rental. No-shows are charged at 50% of the total booking value.
Yes. Professional chauffeur services are available for all vehicle categories at an additional charge. Our chauffeurs are background-checked, fully licensed, and trained in executive hospitality. Ideal for corporate events, weddings, and airport transfers.
